HALEY
Administrative Assistant
Haley is a native Charlottean, born and raised in the South Charlotte area, who recently joined our team. She began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant following her graduation from Central Piedmont Community College. Over the years, she has gained experience in many different fields including orthodontics, pediatrics, education, and of course- general dentistry. After many years in the clinical setting, she discovered her passion for the administrative aspect of dentistry. She takes great pride in making patients feel welcome and easing their anxiety, all while helping them navigate and utilize their insurance to work in their best interest. When away from the office, Haley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and is always down for a trip to the beach.

PUNAM AGHERA
Insurance Coordinator
Punam graduated with a bachelor’s degree in arts from Saurashtra University in India, where she was born and raised. After moving to the United States in 2001, she pursued a management certificate from CPCC. Besides being a part-time insurance coordinator at our office, she helps her husband, Dr. Aghera, with the chores of running a dental office. When not working, she enjoys cooking and hanging out with friends and family.
PUNAM AGHERA
Insurance Coordinator
Punam graduated with a bachelor’s degree in arts from Saurashtra University in India, where she was born and raised. Dental Hygienist
Ashley is a graduate of the dental hygiene program at York technical college. She was previously known as our patient and insurance coordinator for four years before she joined our team as our second hygienist. She is patient-focused, driven to provide great experience along with the highest quality of care possible. She enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family.
ASHLEY CENTENO
Dental Hygienist
Ashley is a graduate of the dental hygiene program at York technical college. She was previously known as our patient and insurance coordinator for four years before she joined our team as our second hygienist. She is patient-focused, driven to provide great experience along with the highest quality of care possible. She enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family.
GRACE COUICK
Dental Hygienist
Grace is a Charlotte local, born and raised in the Union County area. Before starting her journey as a Registered Dental Hygienist, she first dove into the dental field as a dental assistant, specifically assisting in oral surgery. She later attended York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC where she served as her class president. During her time there, she was very involved in her national organization, also serving as vice president for the student branch of the ADHA for the state of South Carolina. Following graduation from dental hygiene school, Grace continued to further her education with Old Dominion University and received her bachelor’s in dental Hygiene. She currently is in pursuit of her Master of Science in Applied Dental Hygiene with Old Dominion University. Grace is very passionate about patient education, helping patients overcome dental anxiety, and working with special needs. When away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their crazy chocolate lab, Chief. They enjoy spending time on Lake Wateree and Oak Island whenever they get the chance.
